Shipping Methods and Times

Delivery of purchased products takes an estimated 5-6 days (Monday to Friday).
Couriers do not deliver on holidays, pre-holidays, or national holidays.
All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed within the next 3 business days.

Once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouses, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your shipment's tracking code, to track and modify (if applicable) your order's delivery.

If you don't find the email with your code in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder as a precaution.

Delivery times may be delayed in case of:

  • High volume of orders during holiday or promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales).

  • Courier logistical problems (vehicle breakdowns, internal reorganizations, strikes).

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

  • Difficult to reach areas (smaller islands, remote areas, or restricted traffic zones).

  • Bad weather or extreme climatic conditions (snow, thunderstorms, floods).
